Women’s hormones are beautifully complex, yet highly sensitive and responsive to all aspects of our environment: from our nutrition, sleep patterns, blood sugar management, weight, inflammatory and chemical burdens. The crosstalk that exists between the immune, endocrine, and nervous systems results in women experiencing multiple unique health conditions - PMDD, PCOS, amenorrhea, amenorrhea , adenomyosis & endometriosis as well as the highly specialized of perimenopause and menopause.
The conventional medicine model of diagnose & prescribe is failing millions of women experiencing these health conditions and transitioning life stages as they continue to be misdiagnosed, dismissed or prescribed a one-size fits all prescription of either the pill, an antidepressant or hormone therapy . This masterclass addresses critical aspects of female wellness, pushing past these outdated strategies and breaking taboos to clearly show that the future of women’s health care demands a more personalised and sophisticated approach: it is indeed an art form.
Over the course of the day Tanya and her highly esteemed guests will map mechanisms, root causes and share the art of integrative personalised treatment options of female hormonal imbalances and related conditions from menarche to menopause.

Prior The Centre studies the physical and psychological causes and effects of ovulation disturbances on women’s overall health. CeMCOR publishes scientific results and disseminates information directly to women. To create and share a scientific, holistic body of knowledge focused on normal patterns of hormones in the population and changes in women’s menstrual cycles and ovulatory characteristics across the life cycle. This center is one of a kind , there is no other research center in the world entirely dedicated to menstrual cycles and ovulation.
Getting to the venue
As with many cities, parking in Brighton is at a premium so if you choose to drive to Brighton please be aware that there is no parking at the venue. There are lots of options for car parking surrounding the venue and you can find car park information here, but avoid The Lanes car park on Black Lion street as it’s super expensive! . The next closest is Churchill Square Car Park just along the seafront and up past the Grand Hotel.
Train - Brighton station is well connected to London and major cities, and only a gentle 10 minutes walk to Projects, we recommend coming by train if you can.
