The Hormone Whisperers Series

Are you overwhelmed by conflicting information about perimenopause? You're not alone. While conversations about this crucial life stage are more open than ever, so many women still have pressing questions about their personal journey.

What is perimenopause ? Is there a definitive test? Should I be on HRT? What is HRT… is it the same as MHT? What actually is happening to my body at this life-stage? Am I at risk of dementia and osteoporosis now?….

These are just a handful of valid questions that require a thoughtful and considered reply.

We're three professional kindred spirits - a Medical Doctor, Naturopath, and Functional Medicine Nutritionist - united by our deep passion for women's health. We understand your frustrations with the often conflicting narrative surrounding perimenopause, and we're excited to share our combined expertise with you! Join us for our 3-part webinar series "Perimenopause Uncut!" - the latest addition to The Hormone Whispers series, where we'll help you navigate this important life transition with clarity and confidence.

Over the three weeks, each of us will take centre stage to share our unique professional perspective on different aspects of perimenopause. These sessions move away from the traditional death by PowerPoint presentations, instead embracing a dynamic, conversation-driven format that feels more like an engaging discussion with trusted health professionals than a formal lecture. In the second half of each session, we’ll open the floor for an interactive Q&A session where you can ask us questions. We believe in the power of our diverse expertise, which is why we'll offer our candid, uncut insights and professional viewpoints for every question.

To close our Perimenopause Uncut Series, we're thrilled to welcome renowned hormone expert Professor Jerilynn Prior for an exclusive one-hour Q&A session. With decades of unparalleled expertise in the field, this rare opportunity allows direct engagement with one of the most distinguished thought leaders in hormone health. You will not want to miss this fitting conclusion to our series, where your questions can be addressed by a true pioneer in perimenopause research.
